Grown on the slopes of the Northern Andes in the Cajamarca region of Peru, this coffee comes from an association of small, quality-focused family farms. This association, APROAGRO LIMCOF, was founded by Rony Lavan, a Peruvian coffee professional who’s committed to showcasing the most exceptional coffees Peru has to offer. Having been grown at very high altitudes, these microlot coffees are strikingly complex and expressive. In the cup, you’ll find notes of caramelized sugar, green grapes, and wildflower honey.
