This coffee is very special as it was all grown, harvested, pulped, fermented, washed and dried in the same 2 hectares of land at 1,200 meters in La Convencion Valley of Peru, which is located high above the Urubamba River. This lot comes from our coffee farming partner, Rosa Hihui. Rosa won top 5 best coffees in the first competition and green auction led by AICASA. It was one of the first Specialty Coffees produced in this region along with our collaboration. We are very grateful to be able to share it with you.
