This coffee comes from the southern growing region of Cusco in La Convención Province. Coffees here are grown, harvested, fermented and dried by the farmers at the high-altitude Amazon basin. Coffees are then gathered and blended together for an amazing taste that is specific to this small area. We are presenting individual nano-lots produced by independent farms that yielded only 200 lb. of specialty grade coffee for the year. We purchased the entire lot to highlight their work and share a unique experience with our customers.
The first lot is Tunquimayo Bajo from farmer, Urbano Jijuallanca. This was the farm’s first year producing specialty coffee which placed in the top 10 of Quillabamba’s coffee competition.
